Ivar T. Holth etablerte sitt grossistfirma i Oslo i 1943.
Han hadde sin bakgrunn fra grossistfirmaene Hroar Prydz og Elvik & Co.
Firmaet ble fort en av de ledende norske grossister.
I 1949 starten han Oslo Emalje- og Sølvvarefabrikk AS som produserte mesteparten av de emaljesmykkene som grossistfirmaet solgte.
Ved Ivar T. Holths død i 1977 overtok sønnen Petter firmaet som ble drevet frem til 2007.
Ivar T. Holth established his wholesale company in Oslo in 1943.
He had his background from the wholesale companies Hroar Prydz and
Elvik & Co.
The company quickly became one of the leading Norwegian wholesalers.
In 1949, he started Oslo Emalje- og Sølvvarefabrikk AS, which produced most of the enamel jewelery that the wholesale company sold.
Upon Ivar T. Holth's death in 1977, his son Petter took over the company, which was run until 2007.
